1. What is Check-in and Check-out time of the rooms?
- Check-in time is from 16h-19h, and Check-out time is up to 11h.
- However, if you arrive before 16h and your room is ready you may have the keys and check-in.
- If you have to leave the room later than 11h, tell reception and they will inform you if that is possible or not depending occupancy and desired time of leaving. It may have an extra cost.

2. Is it possible to leave my baggage during the day if I already left the hotel and checked-out?
- Yes, it is. You only have to ask and inform the reception staff and they will keep it for free during the day of your Check-out, so you can enjoy the day in our hotel, without carrying your baggage.

3. Are pets allowed in the hotel?
- Yes, pets under 7kgs (15 lbs.) are allowed with a 10,00€/day supplement per pet.
- They are only allowed in the hall and room, not in communal areas.

4. Do I have to give my credit card details for booking?
- Yes, you do. We need your credit card number and expiration date.
- At the time of booking an amount will be charged as deposit, refundable if the reservation is canceled 48 hours before the date of arrival.

5. When do I have to pay down my stay in the hotel?
- You pay directly at the hotel when checking-in.

6. Is there car park at the hotel?
- Yes, there is. Hotel San Carlos has an outdoor and non-vigilated parking area available for free, with a cappacity of 80 vehicles approximately.
- Avoid the inconvenience of finding a parking place! Access quickly and in a comfortable way to the hotel and start enjoying your vacation at once!

7. Can we surf the Internet at the hotel?
- Yes, you can use our wireless Internet connection from your laptop at the hotel lobby and at the pool's bar.


8. COVID-19: PREVENTION AND CONTROL MEASURES AT THE HOTEL AND IN ROSES

8a. Services and facilities at the Hotel:
- Due to coronavirus (COVID-19), we are taking all necessary steps to help protect the safety of guests and staff.
- For this reason, we regret to inform you that the following services and installations will not be available until further notice: indoor swimming pool, gym, squash and locker rooms.
- Amenities in the bathrooms of the rooms are forbidden
- The other facilities and services remain the same (if there is no change in regulations), but in compliance with the necessary safety and distance regulations.

8b. Restaurants at the Hotel:
- Breakfast and dinner will be served in our buffet restaurant.
- The snack-bar at the pool’s bar will also be available for those guests who would like to have lunch at the hotel: salads, tapas, combined dishes, paella, pizza, sandwiches, pasta, etc.

8c. Use of mask and safety distance:
- At the moment, the use of a surgical mask is mandatory both in indoor and outdoor spaces, among groups of people who do not correspond to a family nucleus, and whenever it is not possible to maintain the security distance (1.5 m). For this reason, we recommend that you bring yours from home and always take it with you wherever you go. This way you can use them whenever necessary, and you could enjoy of all the services, facilities and activities in the area.
- On Friday 26/June/2020 we are entering the so-called New Normality phase. This new stage will last until the appearance of an effective treatment for Covid-19 or of a vaccine. Thus, the personal rules will remain in force. So yes: the mask is always mandatory inside and outside when the social distance cannot be respected. In addition, it is also basic to take care of personal hygiene and to maintain the distance (1.5 m). The authorities have announced that not wearing a mask under the stipulated conditions, that is to say when it is not possible to maintain a safety distance between 1,5m and 2m, both inside and outside, could result in a fine of 100€.

8d. Prevention at the beaches:
- The village of Roses has announced that there will be no restrictions on the beach. Being a Bay, it is understood that the range is large enough so that the safety distance between the different users can be maintained. For this reason, they appeal to people's common sense to keep this security distance.
